All levels of skill and experience welcome
After some of the walking sessions, Dr. Barrett will offer talks on popular health-related topics. Dates and topics are TBA, but will most likely include weight-loss, nutrition, and exercise.
To save time, please print, sign, and bring the waiver form to the first walking club session. If you are not able to print this waiver, you may pick one up at Hugo Chiropractic Clinic or at walking club. Link to waiver
